Meet Petra Pasquina

Whether training the next generation of consultative sales leaders at Facebook, or leading global advertising strategy for Fortune 500s, Petra knows firsthand the power of storytelling and connection. An empathetic, driven and thoughtful leader, she views every client relationship as a long-term partnership journey.
With an MBA from Columbia Business School and an impressive 25-year background in global marketing and sales, we couldn’t ask for a better VP of Sales at Own The Room. Most recently, Petra served as Facebook’s Americas Lead for Sales Training, spearheading transformative curriculum to build a more customer-centric sales culture at the organization. Prior to Facebook, Petra founded and was President of P2P Consulting, working to connect payment technology companies to multicultural and underbanked consumers. She also served as VP of Client Development at Univision, collaborating with leading brands like PepsiCo, Johnson&Johnson, and American Express to strengthen US Hispanic marketing, and as Senior Director, Global Advertising at MasterCard, where she worked on the inception and implementation of the “Priceless” advertising campaign.
Petra is passionate about developing the next-generation of women in business; she is a Lean In circle leader and mentored many women during her time at Facebook. She lives in New York with her husband and has two sons, one in high school and one at Syracuse University. A former competitive downhill skier, Petra traded mountains for courts and is now a reigning singles champion at her tennis club. In her spare time, she’s launching a side business making savory protein bars and is a rising star on the local stand-up comedy stages.
