Meet Heidi Cohen

An electrical engineer and attorney by training and a sales leader by trade, Heidi Cohen’s unique background has fueled her passion for problem-solving. In her more than two decades as a sales leader, she’s used the art and science of selling to help her colleagues and clients solve problems and achieve success. As a Sales Catalyst Coach, she’s proud to share her expertise with leaders in all roles – whether they are actively selling or persuading others to take action.

Prior to joining our team, Heidi held a number of management roles at ThomsonReuters, where she supported a range of clients across the legal, government, academic and corporate fields. She was awarded President’s Club status seven times for outstanding team performance and regularly mentored future sales leaders through the ThomsonReuters Sales Leadership Academy.  Most recently, Heidi served as Senior Vice President, Market Development for Swiss Post Solutions in North America, successfully leading her sales team to 50% year over year growth during her 3.5 years with the organization. She has training and experience in several sales methodologies, including Challenger Selling, InsideOut Coaching, SPIN Selling and Revenue Storm. She holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and a JD from The George Washington University.

Heidi is passionate about supporting fellow women professionals and has been active in the Thomson Reuters NYC Women’s Network, the Summit Business & Professional Women’s Organization, and as a speaker for the NYC Bar Series for Women Partners. An avid cyclist, she can often be found riding her bike along the Delaware Water Gap in her home state of New Jersey, and she’s completed lengthy routes like the Hudson Valley Ride and the 40-mile NY City Bike Tour (twice!). When she’s not taking her two wheels for a spin, Heidi enjoys cooking with her family. She’s quite the chef, even once competing on the Food Network show, “Ready, Set, Cook.”
