Meet Frederica Peterson

If you ask Frederica Peterson how she views her work, she’ll describe it as “an honor and a privilege.” As a Communications Coach, she’s not simply focused on teaching techniques; she sees every workshop and event as an opportunity to connect with others, to facilitate self-discovery, and to help leaders of all backgrounds discover their full potential.

Frederica’s impressive background spans corporate leadership, higher education, publishing, and media. Most recently, she oversaw all leadership training programs for KPMG, including managing the company’s prestigious Chairman’s 25 program for high-potential C-Suite executives. During her nearly 15-year career managing training and leadership development at Verizon Wireless, Frederica developed a customer service training program that earned Verizon the #1 spot on Training Magazine’s list of Top 125 Training Companies. In addition to coaching leaders at organizations like Honeywell, NASA, and the National Basketball Association, she is also an experienced podcast host and the author of two best-selling books on Amazon. Frederica holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Fairleigh Dickinson University, as well as coaching certification from IPEC and Image Consulting certification from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

A dedicated member of her community, Frederica volunteers as a facilitator and coach with Dress for Success North Jersey and serves as a member of the Executive Learning Council for North Jersey. In 2015, her coaching contributions were honored in an Assembly Resolution by the State of New Jersey. Frederica is active in her church, leading group ministries and singing in the choir (they’ve even recorded three albums!) When she’s not busy giving back to her clients and her community, she enjoys swimming, biking, and reading new titles with her local book club.
