Meet Brooke Sullivan

Sales Operations Manager

With over 20 years experience in national television production, Brooke Sullivan is an expert at planning and coordinating logistics. From booking and scheduling production teams, to budgeting and overseeing travel, she can turn any to-do list into a seamless and successful experience. And while she thrives on the day-to-day details, Brooke is truly passionate about using her organizational skills to solve problems. As a Producer at Own The Room, she’s able to create engaging events that help leaders around the world reach the next step in their professional journey.

After receiving a degree in theater, Brooke began her career as a Production Coordinator for Paramount Pictures in New York. She then joined the team at NBCUniversal, working her way up from Production Coordinator to an executive-level role as a Line Producer. Throughout her 17-year career with NBC, Brooke managed production for multiple TV programs and oversaw a multi-million dollar relocation project for the network’s top three syndicated daytime talk shows. Brooke is also the Co-Founder of 4C4 Media, a content development company representing clients like L’Oréal, Sony Music, and PepsiCo.

A lifelong lover of theater, Brooke recently had two exciting opportunities to live out her acting dreams. She represented NBCUniversal and the Stamford Media Center in a charity “Dancing with the Stars” style event, performing the foxtrot in front of a live audience and raising over $16,000. She also landed a ballroom dancing role in Martin Scorsese’s film, The Irishman, even sharing the dancefloor with Al Pacino! A native of Prince Edward Island, Canada, Brooke resides in Montclair with her teenage twin daughter and son.
