Admiral Bill Moran is a retired four-star naval officer with over thirty-eight years of service and experience. As a senior leader he served in a variety of positions including Director of Air Warfare and Chief of Naval Personnel prior to becoming the 39th Vice Chief of Naval Operations (VCNO). Bill is known for his extensive experience in developing effective leaders and leading teams operating in dynamic and complex environments.  

Today he continually seeks opportunities to serve where his interests, experience and the nation’s security needs intersect. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science degree in National Security Studies from the National War College.
