Matt says that if he were to jump in a time machine and go back 10 years to meet himself, he would have met a completely different person than he is today. He struggled with low confidence and self-esteem but after a decade-long journey of coaching and self-development he now does for his clients what he did for himself.

Matt was the country leader at his former company, N3, after joining as a sales team manager. He has also worked for Dell and Symantec, arming him with extensive experience in tech sales.

Matt has recently accomplished many of his big goals. He published a book, completed marathons, and umpires Cricket at the highest national level in Ireland. Matthew is also a Beatles obsessive!
