Meet Gillian Dunn

As a coach, Gillian pushes people to see what’s possible for themselves, preparing them for whatever challenges they may face, and experiencing the payoff of their hard work. Gillian saw how LifeHikes teaches clients to rewrite the script and sees, herself, the undeniable freedom of releasing one’s false limitations of their capabilities, making it possible for anyone to become a fabulous speaker.  

With her Masters and Bachelors degrees in Human Resources and Organizational Development, Gillian worked in boutique consulting and in-house at tech companies such as Sun Microsystems, where she was recognized as a top-performing employee. Much of her corporate experience focused on helping organizations manage change in the face of major business transformations. She has rounded out that experience by consulting and hosting symposia for federal, state, and local jurisdictions as well as in the non-profit sector. Then, after being struck by a major, personal change, Gillian decided to seek out coaching, a transformative experience that inspired her to become an ICF Certified Professional Coach.  

Since she was 18 years old, Gillian challenged herself (and continues) to learn, do, and try something new every year. Gillian has visited all 50 states, raised 7k in a cross-country ski-event for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and started her own successful Etsy business when she was a stay-at-home mom.
