Virtual Group Sessions

Stage 1 - Benchmark

The Hike begins with Benchmark, an objective and scientific assessment of your current presentation skill level based on 21 dimensions of communication. After completing benchmark, you’ll discover how to put your best foot forward with tips and techniques to enhance your virtual presence and confidence.

Stage 2 - Connect First

Authenticity leads to trust, trust fosters connection, and connection inspires action. Learn the skills to build authentic connections with your audience, whether you’re communicating to a manager, executive board, or prospective client.

Stage 3 - Executive Presence

Master the magic formula to gain respect, forge stronger relationships, and increase your influence during any meeting or presentation, at any stage of your career. In this hands-on module, you’ll discover strategies (and science!) to overcome fear and position yourself as an invaluable leader.

Stage 4 - Be Memorable

Your co-workers and customers are bombarded with hundreds of messages on a daily basis. So how can you guarantee that your message stands out? Through a series of interactive exercises, you’ll discover how to build stronger connections, spark curiosity, and hold attention by turning passive listeners into active participants every time you speak.

Stage 5 - Dynamic Delivery

As the saying goes, “content is king.” But when it comes to communication — both in-person and virtual — your tone of voice, body language, and delivery greatly impact whether or not your content will stick. Learn to captivate and influence your audience by stretching your voice, changing your tone, and shifting your movement in subtle but powerful ways.

Stage 6 - Final Integration & Benchmark

At the very beginning of the Hike you completed Benchmark. We integrate the techniques we’ve learned into a final graduation moment and complete your final Benchmark to see how far you’ve come over the course of the Hike.
