With notable archeologists in her family lineage, it’s no surprise that Lauren enjoys finding needles in haystacks. This unique skill landed her in the executive recruiting industry for more than a decade, where she connected entrepreneurial organizations in the midst of rapid growth to high-performing talent.

At Own The Room, Lauren is building capacity to recruit diverse superstars, develop outstanding talent, and shape an award-winning culture where passion for learning is the north star.

When not behind a desk, Lauren is an avid traveler and aspiring mountaineer, having summited the tallest peaks in Africa and Europe. She captures her adventures in the non-award-winning blog, SheClimbs.com. When not in hiking boots, she is actively involved in Denver’s improv comedy community. In the works: building an improv curriculum fostering empowerment and joy among marginalized communities.
