A professional photographer and scientist? On paper, Tiffany’s two fields of work might seem far-removed, but in practice, they’ve given her a knack for detail that keeps our operations at LifeHikes running without a hitch.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Francis Marion University, Tiffany embarked on a nearly 10-year career in Laboratory Automation as the Director of Quality Assurance for NanoScreen. There, she helped the company achieve ISO 9001 certification, the international standard for quality management systems, in record time. She’s also one of only a few people in the world who can build, test, and repair 1536-channel robotic dispense heads, advanced pipette dispensers that allow labs to conduct research faster and on a much larger scale.

With such a keen eye and focus on quality, it’s no wonder Tiffany has also successfully operated her own freelance photography business for over eight years. When she’s not juggling projects or snapping photos, Tiffany loves reading, exploring Charleston’s restaurants and cuisine and spending time with her husband and two kids.
