She started her career as a management consultant at Accenture. After moving into industrial organizations, Janina held several management and leadership positions at Siemens in the areas of Business Strategy and Human Resources. From 2015 until 2020 she was Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Managing Board of Siemens AG with global responsibility for Human Resources.
